My train of thought is along the lines of the company trying too avoid a situation where a large competitor may make an early hostile move as AJX slowly builds.
IMO the catalyst that will put us in the spotlight for a takeover is CONFIRMATION OF PRODUCT DEMAND IN THE MARKET PLACE eg. Alexium treated products on sale in stores and selling.
Competitors/Potential buyers will already have a good idea of margins etc, but the will not really be interested until there is confirmed end user demand.
Once end user demand is confirmed intrested parties will focus in on us like the Eye of Sauron.
So my previous post was toying with the idea that the company may want to send the SP up with a bang and real intrinsic value maybe $2-$3
