Firstly it's speculative to say the company needs a raising, there's no concrete evidence it does, indeed with rapidly increasing income in very lagging quarterlies together with company communications suggesting cashflow neutrality near term it seems unlikely.
Can you also highlight where it says this is a paid for report? I've read the disclaimer and disclosures on the Moelis report and nowhere does it indicate they received any payment from the company.
Also pure hyperbole on your part to suggest a "massive" raising, LWP's raising activity was massive diluting the old CKK several 100%, here a 5% raising would generate over $10 million or approximately 12 months of cash burn notwithstanding their rising income which is likely constantly reducing their net cash burn. Indeed the SP has a trading range broader than that highlighting its real (in)significance.
The entire flavour of you post was one of panic and that the 'sky is falling' when clearly it isn't, where speculative miners who don't even have a DFS let alone a mine raise millions or if a biotech has iffy phase 1 results and taps its shareholders for more capital to continue their existence it indicates a long line of dilution and risk and is cause for concern.
When a company is on the cusp of cornering a market, having bagged the worlds largest military, one of the largest carpet makers, mattress makers, are breaking into building materials, plastics and resins months and months ahead of schedule, are successfully manoeuvring the US political machine onside then wow, they're doing so well and have so much opportunity to convert into business (and likely with a limited timeframe with others inevitably scrambling to compete) then this is the situation where capital raising to grow optimally and avoid missing opportunity is actually a positive thing and something ASX retailers often can't appreciate.
I suspect you're running out of scare time, AJX seems to be warming up. On a medium term timeframe you've even agreed that AJX is looking strong, so even you seem to accept that navigating the next six months as best as possible will result in a good outcome for all but the shortest of short term holders/traders?
I might get to the point where your histrionics constitute a buy signal...
