AJX may become capital constrained as it ramps up production, page-7

It's clear as mud...for all to see....love can be blind I understand, but lets not fall in love with any share ...
....why would a company want an "independent" analyst, and broadcast it?
...the only reason is to market itself to potential investors
...why market yourself to new potential investors?......if you already have cashflows enough to keep you afloat?
...the only reason is that when it comes to massive CR, higher the SP, lesser the dilution.
Why CR?...not bank debt?....because this is the cheapest form of funding (provided this is done at high SP)...also bank funding can be very limited given the current net assets situation...current value of net tangible assets backing per share is just 4cents, and banks will not lend as much as they require.
...what is the result of CR on SP?....capital dilution.
Regarding the other risk of profitability, profitability it is yet to be proven on paper..in black and white, that the current business model is indeed profitable...this is just an assumption at the mo...last 6 months were a financial disaster, and given all the new customers to "service", there is no guarantee that AJX will be a profit making entity in the forthcoming years...it will be a very soft and long curve toward profitablily....and that is the reason IMO share is way overpriced at the mo...
Sky is not falling on AJX, but the current SP is way overcooked in comparison to expected return in the next few years
