I think whoever was selling on Friday knew there'd be a hiatus until Wednesday before any prospect of news, today is probably a continution of that price capping in the hope of scareing holders into selling at the 11th hour. NC has reiterate that everything is on track with Natick, we hear rumour of a big 4C, NYSE listing is churning in the background and should lead to us seeing a prospectus that will lay everythnig on the table.

The slight possibility that we've fallen over in the Natick process (unlikely) is the only justification for selling now, doing so might be prescient, but IMO the balance of probability lays with price rises following arrival of anticipated good news, not with a sudden collapse.
