Should it have been so vague and even put in there - why mention the customer if you are having no issues...
The bottom line is that this is a company with a market cap of $158 million and dropping and the communication and level of clarity is worse than my teenage daughter.
Why should I be left wondering what they are trying to say. Say what they mean and do what they say.
Its not my job to have to start wondering what they are trying to say and no-one has as yet conclusively established what they meant by the 12X.
Why can they not just do this job properly - they are not low paid individuals...
