The newsletter introduced - certainly for me - the first hint of failures (losses) - of a company having to focus back onto the customer. Of making it more cost compelling ... Those are all processes that normally only hit companies a few years after they have started to have competitors enter the market and make it more price sensitive.
Wow how on earth do you come to these conclusions? AJX has always had to be customer-focused, it's not a one-size fits all solution, it's a complex process of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The initial phase is always going to be the most time-costly and inefficient from a profit point of view. It's the year after year after year revenues that will allow the maximising of profits and reaping of the rewards. Some of you just don't really have a clue about what this business is and does I'm sorry to say.
