Hi Fiona Thanks for your email and I am sorry to hear that. Short term price movements are well outside the control of the company but I would suggest it is mostly related to recent price movements in the lithium price which has fallen every day over the last few weeks with recent weakness in the Chinese market. I would not expect the director nomination to affect the share price but as I am sure you are aware we are in the process of preparing documentation for the proposed merger with Livent and you will see meaningful new ASX releases from us over the next few months.
