Yesterday I said: "I think it will start trading above $9 next week if not tomorrow."
The "if not tomorrow" has been proven to be wrong; too eager. What about next week then?
I still do think it is highly probable that it will start trading above $9 sometime next week. The weekly chart below shows the high probability for the sp to break up the $9 line:
The sp from the week ending on 24 November to the week ending on 1 December is flat, but the volume increased about 50%. And yet the candle is just a doji (a very narrow body or spread). So there is a bullish divergence, which I think can easily push the sp above $9.
