Next weeks bills paid but I’ll still got a $50k tax bill due next month! I can kick the can down the road for a year and the IRD only charge you 2%??? I suspect holding my stocks from here will make me a least 30-50% in the same period.

let’s not forget that these so called interest rate hikes have a big lag, I expect the results of the hikes six months ago are being sheltered.
It’s a bit like the NZ reserve bank telling us we are going into recession going next year after they announce a 0.75% official rate rise. Thank god I put our 1.3m mortgage on five years at 3.14%
I don’t want anybodys trust, and I offer no advice but I suspect mid to late next year will see this sector explode to another level.
