The lack of accountability by management for a multitude of issues for mine is mind boggling (as @Egeria mentioned above). Then they wonder why shareholders vote against said management increase in pay - and the chairman then gives shareholders a clip over the ear at the recent AGM. Even the answers at meetings asked by analysts and shareholders alike either aren't answered or we get a bunch of politician speak.

I've been losing confidence in this company for a couple of years now and will continue to dollar cost average out in to other investments.

Genuinely, good luck to all holders - however this company has lost me to many times over.
