Still holding half of my shares to continue the ride, the synergies on this deal look epic, plus its going to become the 3rd largest lithium producer in the world. Plus we will be independantly run, No. 1 SQM is getting partially nationalised by Chile gov. and Ganfeng is chinese - so you know that the government has some influence over it.
