AKG - is it a bargain?

To the pain of all holders, AKG has not been able to demonstrate even a fraction of the broader recovery rally since April.
Businesses that in theory should be worse affected, like airlines, travel agencies, cruise operators, hotels, casinos and retail REITS have fared significantly better in relation to AKG, even after confirming losses for 20/21 and announcing big capital raisings.

I believe that the SP will eventually pick up a bit, as this is a very illiquid stock and it looks like a seller has total control over the last couple of months.

However, I was wondering if anyone knows the official ruling by ASX for a company to disclose impacts on earnings with a trading update?
The only comment I could find is back in February when they mentioned that only 4% of the students are from China and if the pandemic picks up there will be obviously negative effects on performance.

I assume that the directors, having skin in the game and long-term experience, would have not omitted any obligatory communication if the earnings were indeed that materially impacted.

Which begs the question: if they haven't made any comment at all yet, does this imply that the earnings were not that severely affected?
As I mentioned in another post, they did go ahead with the dividend payment, while other affected companies withdrew it altogether in face of the uncertainty this year. AKG also had a healthy amount of cash and no debt pre-Covid.
Given the relative success of Australia/Singapore in containing the spread, do y'all think AKG is a major bargain at this level?
