    It has been slow going but Exxaro have now got to 44.75% of AKI. Another 5.25% and they have it for .51cents a share. However I think the major holders may just come on board at the last minute and take them over 75% to get the .57cents a share.

    That of course will mean $72.2 million for CFE holders plus a lot of cash for the current major holders of AKI.

    Where is that cash going to go?

    Perhaps IPO of Marampa!!!
