I'm curious to know LJohn .....How do you know that they had "prototypes before that worked ??? "

I think the Co is very clever in keeping their cards very close to their chest and keeping information at bay or to at least a very mininum ..which seems to be the case with recent HC posters joining the dots of recent developments with significant Co's and personel.. imo, they could be keeping at arms length / creating chinese walls about any information about the Akida chip,NDA's etc etc ... after all imo Socionext who is the Turnkey Agreement operator will most likely have the final say about final validation issues on the chip and getting payment for same... which imo thus being possible to assist BRN to say We know Nothing as yet as Socionext is still doing on going validation testing....which in turn will imo allow BRN extra time to grow it's customer base without the need of disclosing same or NDA at this stage......
