Sooo let me get this straight... he can't hold a job at any real company that has been for joined to BRN as a manager in his chosen field, the previous role not even lasting a year and now he is a director at BRN. A company whose management have proven they put themselves first and holders last.
This is a positive how?
We are probably going to get diluted by another 1% in performance shares just for having this guy around. I hardly think just because he worked at a top company for less than a year they will automatically sign a huge deal with us.
My point being if Renault are in the box seat for BRN they were working with us before this guy was with them and are not basing there approval off an ex-employee who couldn't see out the first year. He isn't opening any doors that haven't already been opened in the last 5.
