Based on current run rate, we’ll exhaust our funds within 12 months. The money runs out around the same time that LDN has promised Akida will be ready. He already has pushed the Akida timeline back 12 months. Who’s to say it won’t pushed back yet another 12 months?
So, do you think we should wait until there is $5m left before calling a CR? $3m? If so, guess what? It takes months to have a CR approved and the funds in the bank. By that point, it will be too late. Game over.
If you want the company to survive, you need to accept a CR may be the lifeline we’ll need.
