    I'm afraid this sort of 'analysis' comes from simplywallst which is an AI-generated website and is notoriously inaccurate (just look at its 'fair value' calcs on almost any stock). @Stickshift is on the money on his reply.
    You have completely missed the point of why dividends were mentioned. It explains why CBA has such high retail ownership, when it is a genuine blue-chip giant. BrainChip has very high retail ownership for a very different reason - because professional money doesn't want to touch it. As for insider ownership, when was the last time any of them bought shares on market? They either only exercise oppies, or sell on market. As for issuing employees shares, do a bit of digging and figure out whether this is actually bullish. I'll give you a hint to start - take a long hard look at the purple line because it's the only thing about BrainChip that consistently goes up. If you understand investing you'll understand why the share price continues to move in the opposite direction to the number of shares on issue:
