Huge. The Akili SPAC merger was approved and on this news the listed SPAC (that Akili now folds into) has jumped 245% (up by US$32.43 per share from sub-$10 range initially) by the end of Friday’s After-hours trade on the NASDAQ (just under an hour ago in the US).
From Monday US-time (Aus evening) Akili Interactive will be trading under the new ticker AKLI (not the DNAA “Social Capital Suvretta Holdings I” one).
This market response all bodes very well for TD1. The next few weeks and months it should be interesting as we see how TD1/TD1 assets might ultimately fit into Akili’s bigger picture. GLTAH!
