I agree, and this is what I have been saying for a while too.

I have to say I’m a little concerned with the current state of things. If akili intend to buy out Tali, why wait for FDA approval when the price would presumably be much higher? At current prices, Akili could buy us out much more cheaply.

If we don’t get bought out, then we’ll likely need to raise cash at some point. With our currently share price, I don’t see how this will be feasible either.

So, my view is we’re screwed if we get bought out at these levels, and we’re screwed if we don’t (due to teh need to raise cash in the foreseeable future).

My views are negative at the moment - I just don’t see a near term catalyst to breathe life into this.
