??? What??? Who is paying who lump sum milestone payments to keep them afloat until they get their product certified in a larger market???
Akili probably could have watched this die due to lack of ability to commercialise it. That would have taken another few years and Akili is ready to roll now. Tali never had the power to bring a company with multi millions of dollars of backing in the US market to its knees let alone take on the US drug companies.

When was this ever a possibility without the Akili commercial arm in the US. Its cost millions if not billions to market which Tali would never have been able to raise and shareholder dilution would be insane to the point of no reward. The last 3 years of trying to commercialise this in AUS and then India have proven how difficult and expensive it is to market. Will organic growth occur in India once those advertising funds are dried up...very doubtful. The costs in the first years for Akili to market these products will be massive and they will need to keep throwing money into the pit until it becomes more mainstream and hopefully if they spend enough the organic growth will finally begin to occur.

Akili would do just fine without Tali. Luckily Akili (or Tali management) saw the opportunity of a mutually beneficial partnership to ween younger kids onto Akili platforms or Tali would have been dust. Akili will always wears the pants due to investor $$$$.
