There will always be some level of time value with these because they still have 15 months to expiry. I think prices would have to stay here for another 6 - 12 months for you to get your 2-3c. However, if you can do it good luck to you. I topped up today at 7.5c because I don't see it going much lower, and even if it does, I don't think it will be there for long.
