We've been hearing this for 18 months. I want it to be true but the longer it drags on without a sign up then the more share overhang there will be on good news flows. There are a lot of people with some significant amount of cash tied up in dubber who have their hands tied because there is no liquidity in the market. First significant news event will result in these people getting out and result in only a small increase in share price to probably around 65 cents. It will then drift lower on no news and we will end up back to where we started in no time.

Hopefully management are aware of this and they have a plan to release news in a structured manner. I know they are bound to release material commercial agreements when they arise but some nouce is required here otherwise they could shoot them selves and shareholders in the foot
