With these stocks the overall trend is always down. The price inexorably decays over time, interspersed with sharp up-kicks on news or excitement generated in anticipation of something.
It's the normal cycle. Expect news any day now and we'll have the up-kick to 2.3.
Plus we've got the POO, but why that's down is pretty hard to understand, given the current situation in the middle east. Anyway our sector is getting beaten up more than most.
