Cmon and Shelcomm. From all announcements AKK now only have a 30% interest in the Birch project and at this stage will be liable for 30% of the costs after the 3 wells drilled by Halcon.
I presume that Halcon has paid the "upfront" $1.9 million for the exclusive drilling rights.
