My bet is that whoever the SI also was selling his "20million" units around 3.2c today as well.
Don't forget that there is another tranche for the SI investors to get back in at 2.9c again anyway. Wasn't the allocation 50% prior to shareholders approval and 50% after the shareholder vote.
If I am not wrong this institution/person subscribed for 40million units and will get 20million options in total.
Not bad when you are among the "mates".
0.003x20million = $60k 0.006x10million = $60k
Then this investor gets his original 2.9c back to get more on the 2nd tranche.
What's the odds that when the 2nd tranche comes out the share price is back to 2.9-3c again.
