I personally have never seen an example of this, and on face value doesn’t make a heap of sense. A compelling study might be the catalyst for a company to rerate with higher market cap (which would allow an easier raising). You’re in a catch 22 otherwise.
I have seen the financials of a scoping study be withheld because of an over-reliance on inferred resource. So that is a risk I suppose (though our current drilling program would help that). We shall see.
In any event the iron ore is still in the ground and we will get it out soon one way or another.
