BSE's issues are a great read on how things are progressing from a nations perspective. They were very quick to call things off as stuff got hairy with the locals - fair enough. It is incredibly imporant that AKO has support from the local communities, which PB has emphasised and demonstrated many occassions last year.
With any luck the heavy lifting BSE is being required to do politically to get Toliara off the ground will make Bekisopa a much more streamlined and familiarised process for all involved.
