My only concern is the known unkowns - like the mining licence, the stranded assets and limited access to funding. You've also got the potential for a hard landing to throw in there as well.

I won't dictate the virtues of diversification, but momentum is something you should consider.

The opportunity cost is extremely high for holding a large position in the exploration stage for a prolonged period of time.

Investing in momentum, and taking large positions on high conviction opportunities ar this stage offers a better risk reward opportunity.
