I saw this post by @contraindicator in the BSE thread.
If the community in Toliara feel this strongly about the economic benefits of the Base project in the region, then I feel it is likely our project would have the same levels of support from the community.
The official renewal of the mining permits is the first step.
Base getting approved is the second step.
Mining code resolution in May is the next step.
Mining license issuance by the end of the year would be the icing on the cake.
