Tsimbazaza, 07/06/2023 - Bill No. 005/2023 regarding the revision of the wealth code was considered and passed for the second time in the National Assembly, during the assembly chaired by the Vice President Razafitsiandarofa Jean Brunelle in the womb of the earth.
Nine (9) articles and one (1) chapter were changed and amended by the Senate and all ten (10) changes and amendments brought by the Senate were passed by the National Assembly. Accordingly, this bill number 005/2023 will not return to the Senate.
