The $1.31/t DSO valuation is a bit misleading - given it attributes zero value to anything outside of the DSO plan.
In any case their risk adjusted DSO valuation at $8/t implies a fair valuation around 6x from the current stock price. That takes the current EV of $0.06/t for the entire operations closer to the peer valuations average around $0.36/t.
Think we'll only get to this level once a JV party joins the party - that's the catalyst we need to take the project and share price higher.
