I think this may be the best (or at least top 3) risk/reward opportunity of any stocks I’ve held having done this for a significant number of years. We still have a decent risk profile, which hopefully will be brought down shortly. It’s just the valuation opportunity if we can do that is huge. Just having a quick scan comparing AKO to RHK - the thing that stands out for AKO is the lower capex (relative to cashflow) and lower impurities - but most importantly the significantly higher IRR.

This is just a great investment opportunity if they can reduce permit risk and get funding sorted. Hopefully we’re talking months for that to happen and the early investors will be appropriately rewarded.
