No doubt things have slowed at the Madagascar Ministry of Mines since the National Assembly election took place (in late May).
The good news is the final ratified results came out overnight - by the high court - and the incumbent party has now secured an absolute majority with 84 of 163 seats.
So things should start progressing again at the Ministry of Mines very soon.
