I'd be willing to agree with you factual, if it werent for the historical issues with Base Resources and their ongoing disuputes over whether they're even allowed to work in vicinity of their project. For other takeovers to be seriously in play, I think demonstration of a forward leaning government must be in order. I do not doubt Paul Bibby is concerned about their relationships with the government, because it can cause years of delay if not managed properly.
