Sorry, I'm going to buy, hold and hoard my shares LoL
I've been invested in AKO for about 2 years now, and although I've had my share of frustration, doubt and missed opportunity, I keep reminding myself of my fundamental strategy.
That's been to try identify an opportunity through deep research (tick), get in early (tick - although maybe getting in late would have been a better strategy), get to know management and determine whether I trust them with my money (tick) and work and sacrifice to build a substantial position over time (tick).
Being in production with $5 share price with a 5% dividend will mean I can stop working (or more specifically work on things I want to work on).
Anything above that is golden.
What you say is absolutely true though, this is a well structured raise that provides investors who believe in the company a relatively low risk opportunity to help progress the company, build value and either derisk their investment or hoard .
