We should form a shareholder advisory board and send Paul our thoughts every month. Monthly zoom session is an option if anyone is keen.
Being on the actual board has knobs on it. It means you can never sell a share, can’t buy shares when you want to, are on the hook for industrial manslaughter laws, wage theft laws, have to put your home address on the internet for all freaks to see and threaten your family. Australian laws are very unjust and treat directors like criminals.
