    I'm revisiting old posts here, but I do not know a lot about BIF, and Paul mentioned it in the interview with Crux Investor.

    Can you share the pitfalls?

    And do you have any reason why Paul would want to progress this path - ignoring logistics / the ~20km proximity to the coast???
