The same applies with MGT.
$28m market cap.
I think both MGT and HIO are somewhat stranded resources.
What they need is to merge given they are in geographically similar locations, both need to figure out transport to the coast and from the port.
Essentially combine the resources, then use that to justify a $8B raise to build ALL the necessary infrastructure in one of the most expensive countries in the world, with some of the highest wages.
I wouldn't touch either of these companies with a 2000 foot pole.
