    Think I mentioned it previously @BobF, would be very hard to build a meaningful position now.

    Outside placement opportunities the only real option is to trade for position and in the absence of free float one needs to build a market to support a net accumulation strategy. Given there now appears limited time to complete same I am not overly surprised by the increased volatility. (Caveat of course would be something material not yet disclosed).
