I recall a quarter or two ago that they had a "please explain" notice from the ASX because they had less than two quarters operating funds to hand so there is certainly a legal requirement for disclosing adequate comfort around being financially viable. Two and a bit operating quarters is sailing pretty close to the wind in anyone's books (wealthy friendly investors or not...) so I expect they will either voluntarily provide this information or be required to do so soon.

I would also think that dropping a successful demo on the market, and potentially opening the order book concurrently, will help crystalise which are their preferred funding models - they will have options.
