There's a good chance you'll be able to buy more at your desired level Neerock. The chart suggest short term price drop to support level at 23.30ish.
There's also an inverted hammer with price rejection at 25. I personally will top up between 23.30 and 23.50.
Irrespective of fundamentals and future prospect. This is purely my interpretation of the chart, today.

But I hope Fred is going to throw a spanner in the work and prove me wrong with terrific news..lol..
