My take is, company has missed early third quarter target, so something has gone wrong somewhere. Company is maintaining 3rd quarter is the target, so whatever went wrong is not major enough to delay things by much. Remembering that it takes time to send the chip back to producers and wait in line for modifications.
With that said, management is acting like they have until the last day of september to announce if the target will be missed.
I think they need to explain why they missed the early 3rd quarter target. That is what they committed to in writing.
