The price movement from $8 - $13.50 appears to be a bull flag pattern with initial targets of $16.50....
There is a much bigger break out in the making and the key level will be $14.50.... this break out has been developing for almost two years....
There are plenty of catalysts over the next 3-6 months that could really move this stock...
