They have had over 12 years to look at what AKP have been trying to do and have done nothing about it - speaks volume (pardon the pun..)

I wouldn't know how much of Bart's own money he's put into obtaining all those shares, but he recently converted his two loans (equal to around $3 million weren't they?) to the Company into shares rather than calling in the loans, so to me, that's a pretty hefty investment on his part. My interpretation of that move is that he's very confident of the chips being a success.
