Yes, the big "if"! I struggle to get past Bart's use of the word "definitively" in his chairmans address. Surely he wouldn't come across quite a bold and confident as he did if they weren't already at the stage of knowing they could get it working to the quality the market will want? It's not as if the pressure being out on the company by shareholders would have been such that he over promised like some do. But clearly any delay must mean it isn't working just yet
