The old 'binary result' expression again!!!! While the 'binary result' may have been applicable to AKP some time ago, my sense is that we have well and truly moved past that point? There are 53 patent and patent applications to say that if there were to be an issue {and I am not for one moment suggesting this], it would in fact not represent a binary result, but merely a process requiring further development. Binary results are essentially all or nothing events. It either works or it does not work. If it does not work, everyone packs up their computers and moves onto the next revolutionary opportunity. For the average punter out there, nearly every investment outside the top 50 companies on the stockmarket these days represents a binary result? Just ask any of the shareholders of Nexus Energy?
