If the next batch of speakers was very highly likely to work then he'd provide more capital, along with his mates as per usual. Any funds over and above that amount required for production you'd think would be in the form of debt to not dilute his holding. Well that's what I'd do lol.

Regarding confidentiality agreements - if/when they start selling speakers they'll have to announce it, without the naming names if that's how the buyer(s) prefer.
