qbal, for that to happen, the lender would have to buy the Sojitz/JOGMEC jv company which has the loan, and then renegotiate that loan with Lynas. The jv company is the only lender allowed to have security over assets ahead of Mt Kellett. I can't believe that MK would let this opportunity pass to gain equal standing with the other lender.
