IMO it boils down to the original Chair/CEO under whose "leadership" (when he was not handling his other businesses) LAMP was built and who gave up the CEOship just before the LAMP troubles became public knowledge. Why he hasn't been called to account is a mystery. Then Eric does the same "NC maneuver" just before this news comes out. I guess he won't be called to account either.
And they keep reducing the number of directors in the name of "cost savings" but IMO a good conscientious outside could make a much bigger impact on the running of the place than the salary paid. But Lynas does not want more outsiders to see under the hood, I guess.
