Zambia for $19 billion;
Zimbabwe for $19 billion - included 20% stake in big shale gas play, Invictus Energy;
Botswana for $12 billion;
Burundi for $12 billion;
Hard to see all of these being fulfilled, so winners and losers are likely. And Botswana Govts don't have a good record of conversion of large amounts of external investment money flows.
